Ragi Cookies with Jaggery is a healthy rendition to a regular cookie with the use of Ragi or Finger Miller flour and Jaggery. It is eggless and extremely simple to prepare with just a few ingredients. No sugar and no refined flour makes this a healthy cookie while the Ragi Flour lends its nutrients to the cookies. Perfect for adults or kids,they are an apt compliment with your cup of tea

  • Wholewheat Flour ½ cup
  • Ragi Finger Millet Flour ¼ cup
  • Besan1/4 cup
  • Butter(unsalted) ½ cup
  • Jaggery Powder ½ cup
  1. Mix Jaggery powder and Butter well
  2. Add wholewheat flour, ragi flour, salt and shape it into a dough
  3. Keep in the frefrigerator for 30 minutes
  4. Make small round balls and flatten them slighty
  5. Bake in a preheated oven under 180 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes
  6. Let it cool for some time before removing
  7. Store in Air Tight Containers
  8. The cookies will harden once cooled so make sure you do not over bake
