During the christmas season , these can very well complete your christmas bouquet of cookies for the holiday season. 3 ingredient nutella cookies are one of the easiest cookies made with just nutella ,flour and egg. For a beginner or nutella lovers,these are perfect to create magical moments .You can use them to gift loved ones during festive occassions like christmas, valentine's Diwali or just as treats for a kids party

  • Nutella ¾th cup
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Nutella for topping ¼th cup or slightly more
  1. Mix the nutella and egg together
  2. Slowly add in the flour. It will be hard and sticky and will form like a dough.
  3. Cling wrap and refrigerate until 15 mins.
  4. Remove and make small balls.
  5. Press in the centre with your thumb or the back of a spatula and fill in with additional nutella.
  6. Bake in a preheated over under 175 degrees until 6 mins.
  7. Since the cookies will spread ,ensure that there is some distance between each cookie .
  8. Cool on a wire rack and pack them in an air tight container
Since every oven or OTG has a different temperature setting, you will need to check your settings.
I have made in two different OTGs with different capacity and each one needed different timings.
