02 Jan Spaghetti with mushrooms and almonds

And with that thot, here I am today with one of my most trusted easy recipes, trust at times of emergency or time constraint, this one is quick easy and never fails to indulge, Simplicity that which screames good favour and taste. A very easy and comforting recipe this one takes just a few minutes. Nothing much of ingredients, just the basics that you can lay ur hands on, this speaks of simplicity yet flavoursome.
Just mushrooms and spaghetti with some herbs ,simple and classic.And of course cheese.It can create its own sauce too if you want a cremier version , sauce made up of almonds and cream with a tinge of wine for that exotic touch.
However for the simpler and dry version if you want to stay away from fats and alcohol, this one is supreme with just a few herbs.Authentically Italian.
Spaghetti- 1 pack
mushrooms- 200 gms
salt-as per taste
black pepper powder- 1 tsp
chilli flakes- 1/2 tsp
wine 1 tsp
cream- 2 tbsp
cheese- 1 tbsp grated
milk- 1/4 cup
thyme- 1 tsp
chopped garlic- 1 tbsp
almonds- 1/4th cup(paste)
extra parmesan- 2 tbsp
- Boil the spaghetti according to packet instructions and keep it aside
- In a pan add olive oil.When hot add the chopped garlic
- Put in the mushrooms and the thyme and chilli flakes.Stir for a while with salt
- Add milk and cream ,stir and add the almond paste
- Pour in wine
- Now mix the spaghetti
- Add extra parmesan cheese and serve
